What if I cannot afford a minimum order?
If you cannot afford the minimum order, you may consider buying Fleur products as a wholesale customer and reselling them until you have an adequate enough sized business to support a private label program.

Can I provide my own label design?
Yes. We can provide you design specs and approved terminology information. We recommend using our free label design service to keep things running smoothly.
Do I get a discount if I provide labels?
No. Label design services are free.
What color are your bottles and containers?
We offer cobalt blue bottles for our balm, tinctures, soft gels, and dog chews.
How do I get barcodes?
You are responsible for securing your own bar codes for your products. GS1US.org is a good resource for this service. You will need a barcode for each different unit and they must be the same size as Fleur's barcodes.
Is there an expiration date?
Yes, 18 months shelf life is typical if the products are stored in a dark cool space.
How do I pay for my order and when do I get it?
Please allow 2 weeks for product delivery. We ship USPS Priority Mail. Since significant resources are spent preparing your order, we require payment up front. We accept wire transfers, ACH or cashier's check.
Once we receive your payment and you've approved all your labels, your order will ship within 5-7 business days. If you are in a hurry, let us know, and we will do everything we can to expedite your order.
